This week, we interview Eddie Gregory, owner of Southern Hotrod. This local manufacturer is in the business of making automatic transmissions. But not just any kind of transmissions. These are the kind that make a car go really fast – like “drag race” fast. Eddie is a dynamic individual who embodies the entrepreneurial spirit. He and his team have come a long way from selling auto parts out of his garage. Now, the company sells transmissions all over the world. Eddie talks to Kelsey Scram about creating something out of nothing, working hard to grow his business into a 15-year-old success story, and advice for up-and-coming entrepreneurs.
