Our region is known for its resilience, for the strength of our residents in the face of uncertainty and upheaval. We understand what it means to have weathered the storms before. Out of each challenge, we have emerged stronger and more resolute than ever. JEDCO has always striven to be the kind of organization that businesses can count on during difficult times. We have overcome adversity alongside our businesses and residents in the past. This time will be no different.
Our goal is to keep our businesses informed and armed with the right tools to minimize business disruption in Jefferson Parish. Our staff is actively seeking out programs to help mitigate business challenges caused by COVID-19. We are working in cooperation with our elected officials, business leaders and stakeholders to understand the varied needs of our businesses during this extraordinary time. JEDCO is monitoring the resources available and sharing all of that information on our
website and social media channels.
Our team has already begun surveying our businesses regarding their situations related to COVID-19. We encourage all business owners to reach out directly to JEDCO for support and guidance.
At this time, JEDCO will maintain regular hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00pm).
