This week on the Jefferson Parish Pulse, we interviewed Barbara Blank, founder of Clean Creations. Clean Creations prepares and delivers fresh, healthy meals to their customers all over the Greater New Orleans area. Barbara and Kelsey talked about the importance of spending local, the joy of doing business in the City of Gretna and how the company has fared through the pandemic.
About Barbara Blank
Barbara launch Clean Creations at 23 alongside her husband (then, boyfriend) Dean. Before opening her own business, Barbara was a personal trainer and IFBB Pro Bikini Competitor. Through her work, she recognized the need for clean-eating. Clean Creations delivers good, clean food to make eating smart easy. Big flavors, high-quality ingredients, and fresh produce are the cornerstones of their prepared meals. They don’t use preservatives, and their meals are always fresh – never (ever) frozen. They also customize meals to accommodate dietary restrictions, and offer gluten-free, paleo, vegetarian, and vegan meals.
Check out the Clean Creations website here and follow them on Instagram, Twitter & Facebook.
