JEDCO, Jefferson Parish to host seminar aimed at simplifying starting a new business

Start Here! seminar will help business owners map out a plan to open quickly and efficiently in Jefferson Parish

(JEFFERSON, La) – Opening a business in a new community can be daunting, but in Jefferson Parish, it doesn’t have to be. The Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO) and Jefferson Parish will host a seminar designed to help business owners navigate local regulations and launch their next business venture as painlessly as possible.

Hosted during international Economic Development Week, “Start Here! Your Roadmap to Opening a Business in Jefferson Parish” will provide step-by-step instructions to help business owners understand exactly what they need to do to begin operating in JP.  From big idea to opening day, speakers will provide the blueprint to doing business by the book, so business owners can focus on what’s most important to them: opening their doors in Jefferson Parish!

During the seminar, parish officials will break down your biggest questions and provide the most up-to-date information about how to effectively open, operate, and expand in Jefferson Parish.  Expect to learn more about:
