One of the finest qualities many great leaders have is the ability to unleash the potential in their employees. Leaders inspire results within the workplace and motivate their teams to do their best work.

As part of the 2018 Prosper Jefferson seminar series, the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission and the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce part one of a three-part series on creating a Happy, Healthy Workplace. This month’s seminar will focus on Leadership.  Three local leaders will share their own experiences while also discussing important topics related to leadership in the workplace, including:

• Traits of a good leader
• How leaders drive engagement
• How to grow your business through effective leadership skills
